Q: What should I do in case of an emergency or breakdown?

We provide 24/7 emergency assistance . You can call us or message us via WhatsApp at any time of the day or night, which also makes it easy to share your location if you need roadside help.

Q: Can I rent baby seats or boosters?

Yes! You can rent baby seats and booster seats with us for only €5 per day each. We offer secure child safety seats to keep your little ones safe. Please request your baby seat rental during the online booking process to guarantee availability.

Q: Are helmets included with scooter and bicycle rentals?

Yes, safety helmets are provided free of charge with all rentals. Scooter rentals include two helmets, while bicycle rentals include one. Please note that we do not provide locks and security chains.

Q: Are there any toll roads on Pico Island?

No. There are no toll roads or paid highways anywhere in the Azores. Driving and parking on Pico Island are completely free.

Q: Do you charge a cleaning fee?

Normal wear and tear is fine. However, if the vehicle is returned with abnormal dirt (excessive mud/sand inside, food or drink stains on the seats), a deep cleaning fee of up to €65 + VAT will apply.
