Mi hanno risposto anche di domenica, riuscendo a organizzare il noleggio per il giorno successivo: sono stati gli unici a rispondermi dopo aver contattato almeno altre cinque compagnie. Sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, anticipando l’orario del ritiro e applicandoci anche uno sconto perché la macchina presentava un lieve difetto dovuto al precedente noleggio. È stata la terza di quattro auto che abbiamo noleggiato durante il nostro viaggio alle Azzorre e, senza dubbio, la compagnia più gentile, disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. We had a great experience with Drive Azores. It’s a family-owned business and you can really feel the difference. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed. They even gave us a lift in their own car after we returned the rental. A very good car rental. We rented our car well in advance. First time with a deposit, of which we were a bit scared. It turned out it was not a problem. Wilson sent us a detailed map of the damages and pictures of those during renting. . He returned us the deposit very quickly. The car was ok too. The owner of the company is very friendly and renting the car was a pleasant experience. I do recommend.

Very nice people, had only a scooter and a lot of luggage. We wanted to upgrade, with no prior notice, and they made it possible in less than 2h and gave good recommendations for lunch in the waiting time.
