We rented a scooter here for a good price. Unfortunately, something went wrong when picking up the scooter at the airport. They felt really sorry, offered to pay for our taxi ride to the apartment. The next day, they picked us up in the morning to collect the scooter. If we wanted to leave sooner, they offered to pay for a taxi as well. Jose, picked us up and was very friendly. Because of the troubles, we got a discount as well. The delivery was also very smooth out the airport. Besides, the scooter was nice. They even gave us the car a day earlier than scheduled—free of charge—so we wouldn’t have to pay for a taxi after landing on the island at night, even though our rental was supposed to start the next morning. The car was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. When we returned it, they kindly drove us home, saving us another taxi fare.
